Established in 2013, Excel Tuition provides supplementary education for kids of all age. We believe that all children have potential and ability to succeed academically. Excel Tuition uses classical and modern learning techniques to make sure students of all age can exceed in developing a framework to help them excel. We therefore believe all education must focus on delivering a maximum, long-term benefit to each individual child.

Excel tuition caters for kids of all ages and key stages. We focus on core subjects (Maths, Science and English) making sure we can develop and build each individual. No two students have exactly the same skills or learning style. That’s why we create an individual learning plan for every child. Your plan will combine direct instruction, small-group work, and one-on-one tutoring in a way that works for your student

Distinct Learning
As well as providing supplementary education our specialist support for children and young people with severe emotional and behavioural difficulties, who have been or might be at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.

Young people have unrealized intellectual abilities, yet experience difficulties in emotional expression and in developing meaningful attachments. We are passionate about helping young people to overcome the emotional barriers that impede on their learning.

Our pupils are all taught in small groups of up to four to ensure each pupil receives an intensive level of support. Each group has a teaching team consisting of a Teacher. As well as this we have one on one session with student who may require extra help and may struggling to keep up with the curriculum.

As a consequence of our specialist support, we aid the child in the management of their emotional behaviour to become more settled individuals with a sense of self and purpose. Through the use of therapeutic approaches, we help children to move away from their negative pasts and aid them in excelling academically, as well as socially and emotionally.

Our Team
We have a dedicated and committed team of professionals including qualified teachers, support workers, administrators and student councillor who all have a wealth of experience and specialise in working with pupils all of age and backgrounds. The team builds effective relationships and works closely with all children and young people, focussing on how the child can be supported effectively in order to achieve in their academic work.

We believe each student has the ability to excel, irrespective of age or background, has the competency to learn. Work closely with pupil, parent, staff and a teacher believing each individual has the potential to 'grow' and the ability to change. Creating a calm, fun and interactive learning environment allowing pupils to grow and gain confidence whilst learning.

Excel Tuition Centre has rapidly grown in its success to facilitate students to become more settled learners and focused achievers. Our success is evident by the strong positive working relationships we have built with the children’s families and a range of professionals, such as local schools, local authorities, PRUS and children services. Due to our initial success, we have since opened a ‘Primary unit’, which will specifically help KS2 students. By targeting children at a young age and helping them to manage their emotions, early intervention can mean that individual needs are identified and met from an earlier stage. Consequently, this intervention means that success in mainstream education can be achieved.

Our group session are no more than four students and one teacher. Allowing each student to have the direct attention they require. This allows student to develop great understanding and be able to push their learning boundaries. Each group is divided with their academic year and learning ability.

We specialise in one on one tuition for kids that require individual attention, looking to develop a quickly academically or just prefer studying one on one. What ever your child needs to we can accommodate academically so you can have a peace of mind.
